2020 Undergraduate Research Awards Recognition Event

The Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation hosts an event every summer to bring Ontario Tech University undergraduate students together to present and discuss the research projects they have worked on with faculty supervisors throughout the year. Traditionally this has been the Student Research Showcase.

Summer 2020 the Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation will host an Undergraduate Research Awards recognition event, by invitation only. The date of this event is to be determined.

This event will bring together project supervisors and invited members of the Ontario Tech research community to celebrate the recipients of the 2020 Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Undergraduate Student Research Award (NSERC USRA) and Ontario Tech University Student Training Assistantships in Research (STAR) Award.

2020 Undergraduate Research Awardees will be celebrated and given the opportunity to network, generate cross-faculty exposure and build on the university’s growing culture of innovation and discovery.

More information regarding this event will be made available Spring 2020.
